JagRoop's 30 Minute Live Mobility Class - Shoulder/Elbow


    Week 9 - this week the mission is to attack the internally rotated shoulder pandemic that leads to significant anterior deltoid, pec, biceps and elbow pain.  If you experience pain with pushups, burpees, dips, muscle ups, bench press then this session will hit home big time.
