This is a drill I came up with about 6 months back to develop a strong shoulder pack.
I started with a small red band doing 3 sets of 8 on each side and built up from there. (Slowly)
I do it before and after any pressing, Kettlebell swings or really anything requiring a stable shoulder and it seems to have really helped.

I call it the "shoulder pack drill".
The method is to let the band pull you into internal rotation and protraction of the scapulae then pull into external rotation and retraction with a pause at the bottom.
