Can you hear the motorized servos in Chris Johnson's arm in the video below? This is a simple, but effective shoulder proprioceptive training drill with a laser pointer.
The red dot is on the window pane in the middle of the two windows, it's hard to spot on a phone, but I did see it on the monitor after asking Chris if he was actually using one or if it was just visual imagery.
This is important to be smooth, slow and controlled, especially after injury to your shoulder.
